Text Box: Thunder Bay is a diverse city, situated on the northern shore of spectacular Lake Superior.  Its heritage as a vibrant center of trade for Native Americans and early settlers continues to this day. While in Thunder Bay, students will have an opportunity to serve the community by ministering at homeless shelters, children’s programs and elderly centers. Examples of evening activities may include hiking at Kakabekka Falls Provincial Park, enjoying the Lake Superior waterfront at Marina Park, experiencing Canadian Five-Pin bowling at the Superior Bowl-a-Drome, and visiting Old Fort William, a historical and cultural center.  $100 deposits plus registrations (found online) are due by Jan 15, 2006.  Total trip cost: $218.  Sign up today at www.calvarycrc.net.  +This trip will replace the Convention trip promoted initially.  +More information available at  http://www.youthworks.com/getSite.aspx?siteID=532

MIDDLE SCHOOL MISSION TRIP

Text Box: Mark your calendar now for this exciting mission trip with Trek13!   Green Bay is located on the Fox River and Green Bay, and is a proud, active place. However, within this city are residents struggling with poverty and homelessness. Students will have an amazing opportunity to minister in Green Bay through urban ministry projects with homeless shelters, food shelves and Christian outreach programs.
